Please check the conditions that your order meets, including the corresponding standards for cancellation of orders, out-of-stock, and requesting a refund after receiving the package.
- About canceling orders:
All orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours after payment.
About the refund terms for canceling orders: If you feel that you don’t want it after placing an order, or because of other changes, you want to cancel the order and get a refund. After we verify that it is indeed made within 24 hours of placing the order, we will refund it, but the customer needs to bear the PayPal handling fee here. (Paypal handling fee: the transaction fee charged by Paypal for each transaction.) - About out-of-stock orders:
If you encounter out-of-stock situations, we will send you an email to communicate with you as soon as possible, but if you do not agree to change to other styles, we will also refund you, and we will bear the PayPal handling fee. - About orders cancelled after more than 24 hours:
Since we will arrange the factory to produce the orders after placing the order, if the orders must be cancelled after more than 24 hours, a handling fee of 35% of the product price will be charged. About orders eligible for return and refund within 30 days: (30 days from the date of receipt)
The following situations meet our return policy:1. When receiving the goods, the packaging has been obviously damaged. Please record a video or take a photo when signing for it. Make sure it is caused during transportation.
2. After receiving and opening, it is found that the product has obvious damage or quality defects. If it is caused by human factors, we do not allow returns and exchanges.
3. The received goods are different from the order (including size, color, and product itself)
4. Accessories are missing.
5. The express company confirms that the package is lost during transportation.
Please note that the following situations do not meet our return and refund policy:
Customer’s own fault:
- 1. The wrong size or material parameters were selected when placing an order, resulting in the receipt of a product that was not what you wanted.
- 2. When giving it as a gift, you find that the other party does not like it, or it is beyond the date you want to receive it. (If you need to receive it before a specific time, you can consult customer service first.)
- 3. After use, wear, damage, or human operation.
- 4. The order was destroyed or returned due to the recipient’s personal reasons for not signing in time.
- 5. The customer is responsible for the destruction or return caused by the recipient’s refusal to clear customs and may be included in our blacklist.
- 6. Destruction or return caused by an inability to deliver due to wrong address.

First, please contact Sales@iscustommade.com to get in touch with our after-sales service and explain the situation in the email. After verification by customer service, we will let you know whether it meets our return policy.
Please describe the problem you encountered clearly and provide pictures or videos for reference so that we can solve the problem for you faster.
For returns and exchanges after verification, buyers must send the goods within 7 days after confirmation, choose registered mail with an online delivery order number, and return the goods intact.
After we sign for the goods and confirm that the goods are intact, we will return the refund to you within 3 working days.
