IScustommade's Shipping Policy:
Worldwide Free Shipping Economy:
This is the default shipping method of IScustommade.
Shipping Time:
The shipping time of economy type is generally 7-25 days, which is mainly affected by the destination country and the flight. It will fluctuate greatly, but generally, it is about 15 days.
Generally, the post office of each country is responsible for delivery.
Global Express Shipping:
This is the shipping channel selected by IScustommade for some transportation channels that require faster or better services.
Shipping Time:
The express delivery time is generally within 3-7 days, and it may take up to 10 days for remote areas. (Remote areas need to check the express company’s website)
Generally, the express delivery companies are DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
Shipping Costs:
In most cases, the shipping cost of upgrading from free shipping to express delivery is $20. Generally, UPS is chosen for remote areas. (If there is an additional remote fee for remote areas, we will communicate with you.)
The above is the delivery time of the order processing time under normal circumstances. If there is a customs detention inspection, bad weather, or other force majeure during transportation, it may cause delays. Please forgive me.
Please note: If the following two situations cause all consequences, the recipient shall bear them:
1. The recipient refuses to clear customs, resulting in the destruction/return of the package, which shall be borne by the recipient. (The recipient of the express parcel shall bear all the costs incurred)
2. Return or destruction due to the delivery time caused by the wrong address when the recipient placed the order (express orders can generally modify the address, and economic orders need to pay the delivery and return freight again.)
Finally, it is necessary to pay attention to the address of the consignee when placing the order. Please provide a valid contact number and a correct address, preferably with a specific house number. If it is a company, please also provide the house number, because for economic parcels, couriers generally only look at the house number to deliver.
In addition, please do not enter PO Box/APO/FPO addresses. Most postal and express companies are unwilling to accept these addresses, and even if they can be delivered, it may take longer to transport.
