Orders and Shipping
For customization, we currently divide it into general customization and picture customization.
General customization: Generally provide you with pictures and we print them on the products for you.
Picture customization: Mostly used for customization of cosplay costumes. You provide pictures or character information and we arrange customization for you. Similarly, we also support customization of cosplay props.
Note: We do not support customization of illegal products.
You can modify your address before shipment. If you need to contact the courier company to modify it after shipment. At the same time, you can contact us to help you communicate and modify the address. If it fails, it needs to be returned and resent, and you need to pay the shipping fee again.
After shipment, we will upload the courier number and the system will send you an email. The number will also be uploaded to paypal.
Will you keep my credit card information?
We will not keep any of your credit card information. All payments are made through PayPal, which also ensures the safety of your funds.
Since we are currently a global sales company of a multinational nature, we do not need to charge sales tax for the time being.
Currently, we can ship worldwide, but some specific countries may be affected by customs and transportation, and there will be some time and customs clearance procedures.
Packages of similar sizes will be in one package. In the case of large sizes or oversized, the packages will be split for mailing.

If you receive an order and find that it has been damaged, please take a photo or record a video to contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a return and exchange for you.
After you confirm with us, we will provide you with the address to send the package, and then you can send it through your local post office.

If you ordered a customized product, we do not support exchanges because we cannot resell it. However, we will give you a certain discount and you can buy it again.
If you want to exchange a regular product, you need to bear the round-trip shipping cost.
All orders can be canceled for free within 24 hours after payment, but orders canceled after 24 hours will be charged a handling fee of 30% of the item price.
The customs clearance policies of each country are different. If the package is returned or destroyed because the customs contacted you for customs clearance, we will regard it as signed for. And if it is returned, all the costs incurred will be borne by the buyer.
