Order Processing Process
Processing Time: (Product Preparation Time)
- General products: Processing time is 1-3 days
- Customized products: Processing time is 3-15 days (usually within 10 days, it may take 20 days in peak order periods, such as Christmas, Halloween, etc.)
Different products require different times because they require different processes.

If you want to know about the products we already offer, please provide the product name, link, or number.
If you want to customize your desired product, please provide me with pictures or references.
General Order Processing Flow:
- Generally speaking, general orders refer to products provided by IScustommade, and the options are size, material, quantity, accessories, etc.
- After we receive your order, we will start processing your order.
- Prepare the order product according to the material size and accessories you choose.
The quality inspection and delivery process are the same as those for customized products.
Customized order processing flow:
- General customization:
refers to pattern customization, we fix the size or general color material of the product. Customize the product according to the pattern you provide. - Special customization:
On the basis of general customization, you put forward your needs and we can do it. (This type of customization is recommended to consult before placing an order.) Because whether special customization can be customized and the price will be different - Confirm the customized content:
After placing an order, provide the picture content, size, etc. you want to make.
Send us the content you need to customize by email. We will confirm with you whether there will be a color difference in the size or color of the customized picture. (We will add some other communication methods in the future to increase the convenience of communication.) - Final version:
After completing the communication, we will determine the actual implementation of the product according to your needs. If you encounter any problems, we will communicate with you again to confirm. - Production:
After confirming the customized pattern, we will start production (there may be a waiting time). - Outbound quality inspection:
Before packing, our quality inspectors will conduct quality inspection on the completed order, including verification of quality, size and accessories, to ensure that it can meet your requirements.
Packing out of the library
Finally, we will pack the garment and submit it to the logistics company, who will arrange for the garment to be delivered to you. (Logistics companies are closed on Sundays and do not accept goods on holidays.)
